1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply throughout all clauses:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the meki88 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. meki88 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years in accordance with the standards applicable to online gaming services accessed by Indonesian residents. Minors are absolutely prohibited from registering or using this platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law as it relates to you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or for any commercial purpose unrelated to your own personal entertainment.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the meki88 platform or any related platform operated by the same entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of meki88, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of understanding and accepting the risks inherent in gambling.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by meki88, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions govern the creation and maintenance of your account:

1. One Account Per Person: Each Member is permitted to maintain one and only one account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. meki88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. KYC Verification: Full withdrawal functionality requires successful completion of identity verification. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., Indonesian KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address, and in some cases a selfie verification. Documents must be current, legible, and unaltered. KYC review is typically completed within 1–24 hours.
5. Non-Transferability: Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any rights or benefits associated with it to any third party.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on meki88 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable channel-specific limits are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. These amounts may be updated without prior notice.
• Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be returned or result in account suspension.
• meki88 does not accept deposits made via credit card for the purpose of gambling. meki88 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible, subject to technical constraints.
• Successful KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• meki88 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours (WIB). Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional security checks are required.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. meki88 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing a withdrawal in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Any active bonus balance or unwagered promotional credit is not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

meki88 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are not immediately withdrawable. Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x) — which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one active bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, and per IP address at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are void where the Member has provided inaccurate registration information, where multiple accounts have been opened, or where any prohibited conduct described in Section 7 is detected.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and togel lottery markets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are published on the promotions page.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not wagered within the stated timeframe will be forfeited automatically.
• Withdrawal Prior to Completion: If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement for an active bonus, meki88 reserves the right to deduct the full bonus amount and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal.
• Abuse Prevention: meki88 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit promotional offers. Any Member found to be engaging in such activity will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the meki88 platform. Product-specific rules (sports betting, live casino, togel lottery, sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting match betting), and bandar bola (football betting brokerage markets)) are published separately within each product section of the platform.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the system. Bets placed during technical interruptions that do not receive a confirmation number are considered void.
• Odds Errors: meki88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds that resulted from a technical fault or human error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may vary by event, market type, and Member account tier.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. meki88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and without notice. Bets accepted before a suspension are honored unless affected by a system error.
• Void Bets: Events that are cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or otherwise fail to reach a natural conclusion will have associated bets voided and stakes returned, unless specific rules for that event type state otherwise.
• Results and Settlement: Official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Indonesian football, World Lottery Association for togel draws) shall be the final determinant for settlement purposes.
• Togel Draws: Togel draw results are sourced from official lottery pools. All draw times are displayed in WIB. meki88 assumes no liability for discrepancies arising from time-zone conversions applied by the Member.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the meki88 platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other software to place bets or exploit platform features at a speed or scale unavailable to human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of collusion with other Members or third parties to influence game or match outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any Member who identifies a bug must report it to the support team immediately. Deliberate exploitation voids all associated winnings.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial transaction that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider after placing bets with those funds.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members, or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward meki88 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the meki88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design elements, software, source code, game interfaces, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of meki88 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other studio partners), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without express written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Use meki88 branding, logos, or trademarks in any context outside of personal reference without prior written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.

Any unauthorized use of meki88's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9 Privacy & Data

meki88 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Members. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed exclusively by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of that data for KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes. You may exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion) by contacting our support team at any time.

10 Responsible Gaming

meki88 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum continuous session duration, after which the platform will prompt a break.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net position during a gaming session.
• Temporary Time-Out: Members may apply a self-imposed temporary exclusion of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account remains open but no betting or deposit activity is permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to stop gambling entirely may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months and may be extended indefinitely.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, meki88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Any damage to your device or data resulting from accessing the platform or downloading any content from it.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the platform that contained errors not of our making.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, meki88's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. meki88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by meki88: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• A Member being identified as a minor (under 21 years of age).

Upon account closure by meki88 for cause, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited. Legitimate funds remaining after deduction of any owed amounts will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Termination by the Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please note that account closure does not automatically cancel any pending withdrawal requests. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to closure will be processed in the normal course.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied in the jurisdiction of the platform's licensing authority.

meki88 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. While our primary user base resides in Indonesia, the platform itself is operated under an international gaming license. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a representation that the platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction; it is each Member's personal responsibility to verify that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their own location.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Member and meki88 may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

14 Amendments

meki88 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify Members via email or a prominently displayed platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We strongly recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.2.
